Information we collect
Account data (name, email, optional phone), medication and schedule details you enter, dose history, family connection preferences, device identifiers for notifications, and messages you send via our contact forms.
How we use information
To provide reminders and sync your data across your devices, enable family features you approve, respond to support messages, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Health information
Medication names and schedules are health-related data you control. We process them only to deliver the service features you use.
Sharing
Family members see only what you authorize. We use infrastructure providers under contract. We may disclose data if required by law.
Security & retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted and audited where applicable. We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal or backup purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. You can revoke family access at any time in the app.
